Slash is sharing his grief.
The Weapons n’ Roses guitarist shared that his stepdaughter Lucy-Bleu Knight, the daughter of his girlfriend of 9 years Meegan Hodges died on July 19. She was 25.
“Lucy-Bleu Knight (December 6, 1998),” Slash (actual title Saul Hudson) wrote on Instagram July 21. “Beloved daughter of Meegan Hodges and Mark Knight, stepdaughter of Samantha Somers Knight and Slash, sister of Scarlet Knight, stepsister of London and Money Hudson handed peacefully in Los Angeles, CA on July 19, 2024.”
The musician—who had canceled a number of reveals on his S.E.R.P.E.N.T. Competition tour on July 21 on account of “unexpected circumstances went on to request privateness for his household amid the tough time.
“Lucy-Bleu was a gifted artist, a passionate dreamer, and a captivating, lovable, candy soul,” the assertion continued. “The household asks for privateness right now and requests that the social media hypothesis be stored to a minimal as they grieve and course of this devastating loss.”
