Ron Ely — star of the Nineteen Sixties TV present — “Tarzan” died from a coronary heart subject … TMZ has discovered.

In keeping with the dying certificates, obtained by TMZ, Ron’s official explanation for dying is listed as “end-stage coronary heart illness.”

The dying certificates says Ron died at 7:04 PM and his physique has since been cremated.
