Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag are going scorched earth on metropolis officers in Los Angeles after shedding their residence in a wildfire … saying some head-scratching selections are guilty.
The truth TV stars are suing the town of Los Angeles and the L.A. Division of Water and Energy over injury their Pacific Palisades residence suffered within the Palisades Fireplace.

In line with the lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, Spencer and Heidi say the town and DWP failed on a number of ranges … from infrastructure to water administration.
Spencer and Heidi declare a close-by reservoir was empty — and had been offline for months — when the Palisades Fireplace ignited … limiting the stream of water to fireside hydrants and tankers within the Palisades, the place firefighters say they ran out of water making an attempt to battle the inferno.
