Ten individuals allegedly concerned within the brutal beating that in the end killed inmate Robert Brooks have been charged in connection to the dying … with six of them going through homicide prices.
Nicholas Anzalone, David Kingsley, Anthony Farina, Christopher Walrath, Mathew Galliher and an unnamed suspect who hasn’t been arraigned but all face prices of second-degree homicide within the violent beating.
Three others — Michael Mashaw, Michael Fisher and David Walters — have been charged with manslaughter. Nicholas Gentile has been charged with tampering with bodily proof.

The 9 suspects who have been arraigned Thursday reportedly pleaded not responsible to the fees. Whereas the tenth suspect was unable to be arraigned right this moment, he’s reportedly not a flight threat.
