Nicki Minaj may face legal expenses for the incident alleged in her former supervisor’s latest lawsuit … TMZ has realized.

Regulation enforcement sources inform TMZ … the Detroit Police have despatched a warrant request to the Wayne County Prosecutor’s Workplace that’s being reviewed to find out whether or not legal expenses might be issued.

It’ll fall to the prosecutor to resolve if they will file expenses.

This all pertains to the lawsuit Brandon Garrett — a person claiming he used to handle Minaj — filed Friday … claiming she received bodily with him in Detroit again in April 2024.

Based on the lawsuit, Garrett claims he was summoned to her dressing room after a present … and, he says she flew right into a rage when she realized he as soon as despatched another person to select up considered one of her prescriptions.

Garrett claims Nicki repeatedly informed him his “life was over” earlier than putting him within the face with an open palm. He says Nicki then slapped his wrist, knocking paperwork from his hand.

He is suing Nicki for assault, battery and intentional infliction of emotional misery … and he is going after her for damages.
