One other Aussie Youngsters TV basic is taking to the stage as a reside stage musical.

Li’l Elvis and the Truckstoppers, which screened as 26 episodes on ABC from 1997 – 1998, will open on the Brisbane Powerhouse in January.

First developed within the 1990’s as a three way partnership between Australian Kids’s Tv Basis and Viskatoons, it featured a voice solid of Stig Wemyss, Nick Giannopoulos, Michael Veitch, Marg Downey, Kylie Belling, Lynda Gibson, Tom E Lewis, Wendy Stapleton and even a younger Rove McManus.

Within the story Li’l Elvis Jones lives within the tiny outback city of Wannapoo the place ten years prior, an previous guitar case was left at Grace ‘n’ Len’s Roadhouse. Inside was a child swaddled in a rhinestone-studded wrap. Devoted Elvis followers, Grace and Len Jones adopted the boy and named him Li’l Elvis.

The stage manufacturing might be directed by Madison Thew Keyworth, who was director / choreographer for productions together with Disenchanted, The Wizard of Oz and Mamma Mia.
