In new courtroom paperwork obtained by TMZ … Alex Spiro, the lawyer representing the rap mogul, says he is gearing as much as file a movement to dismiss the lawsuit towards Jay-Z … claiming the statute “Jane Doe” is suing beneath did not even take impact till after the alleged sexual assault … and cannot be utilized towards the rapper retroactively.
