Carols by Candlelight was the highest leisure drawcard final week, and gave 9 an enormous 43% share for the evening – but it surely wasn’t sufficient to ship them the week.
Carols averaged 1.29m viewers, then ABC’s Tracy: A Pressure of Nature at 647,000 and Cyclone Tracy: 50 Years On at 633,000 on Seven.
However the Boxing Day Fourth Check drew the most important viewers of the week at 1.55m and helped Seven to win the week general.
