Brian Keith Thompson, a star tattooist and physique piercer, is issuing a significant warning to these wanting to leap on the butt crack piercing pattern like Cardi B.

Brian, who owns Physique Electrical Tattoo in Los Angeles, applauds the “WAP” rapper for getting such a “cool” little bit of drip … however warns the strategically positioned piercing is NOT for the faint of coronary heart.

Thompson tells us the gluteal microdermals — a horizontal floor piercing — take a very long time to heal and might scar “actually badly” … with the danger of an infection being excessive as a result of location of the jewellery.

BKT believes Cardi can pull off this difficult piercing given her intensive monitor report … she already has piercings in her ears, nostril, lip, chest, stomach button, and eyebrow.
