This Morning presenter Ben Shephard has shared a brand new image of his rarely-seen son Sam following their participation in a Powerful Mudder.

Taking to his Instagram Tales on Monday, the father-of-two uploaded a candid snapshot that confirmed the father-son duo mendacity outdoors with their heads collectively in a state of exhaustion.
