36-year-old nurse Arvin Garcia has gained The Nice Australian Bake Off 2024.

Within the remaining episode, Arvin’s botanical-themed signature cake, intricate paris-brests for the technical, and a shocking ‘Rising Phoenix’ showstopper gained over judges Rachel Khoo and Darren Purchese.

He defeated fellow finalists Dimi Jayamardene and Elliot Styche for the title.

Arvin stated: “Profitable Bake Off looks like a dream come true! Standing right here with Dimi and Elliot, two superb bakers, is such an honour. This journey has been so significant – not simply pushing my creativity and expertise, however sharing a little bit of my tradition and story via my bakes. Choose Rachel Khoo stated, “Arvin’s ardour for baking, mixed along with his meticulous consideration to element, actually set him aside. Along with the title, Arvin takes house the final word baker’s kitchen from SMEG.
