SBS screens music documentary Leonard Cohen: If It Be Your Will.

In November 2017, the Bell Centre in Montreal grew to become a sacred floor the place hundreds gathered to honour the poetic brilliance of Leonard Cohen.

“Tower of Track: A Memorial Tribute to Leonard Cohen” was greater than a live performance; it was a mesmerising symphony of music, recollections and heartfelt tributes.

That includes Cohen’s unique band and musicians from the Montreal Symphony Orchestra, the occasion included performances by Sting, Elvis Costello, Lana Del Rey, Feist, Damien Rice, The Lumineers, okay.d. lang, Courtney Love, and Cohen’s son and collaborator, Adam Cohen, amongst others.

This documentary combines the electrifying performances from that night with intimate interviews and uncommon archival footage of Leonard Cohen. Offstage, Adam Cohen, and different artists, share private anecdotes and reflections, highlighting Cohen’s impression on their lives and his profound affect on the earth of music. These insights paint a wealthy portrait of Leonard Cohen, as an artist and man.
