Channel 5’s newest thriller, The Feud, has had audiences glued to their screens over the previous week, and whereas viewers are gripped by the compelling plot, some have identified an “annoying” facet of the sequence. 

Jill Halfpenny (The Cuckoo, The Lengthy Shadow) and Rupert Penry-Jones (Spooks, Our Home) lead the six-parter as Emma and John Barnett, who, together with their daughter Beth (Megan Trower), dwell in a seemingly idyllic neighbourhood, Shelbury Drive.
