Bella Thorne says Mickey Rourke was a nightmare to work with … claiming he did all kinds of “gross” stuff once they had been filming a film collectively.

In a collection of social media posts Friday, Bella lays out her allegations towards Mickey.

She says … “This f***ing dude. GROSS. I needed to work with this man in a scene the place I am on my knees with my palms zip tied round my again.
