Jay-Z‘s rape accuser may take the music mogul’s recommendation and file a felony grievance in opposition to him after slapping him with a civil go well with alleging sexual assault, in line with her lawyer Tony Buzbee.
In an announcement emailed to TMZ, Buzbee stated he isn’t ruling out submitting rape fees in opposition to Jay with New York authorities, saying … “What occurs subsequent is as much as my consumer. It’s her case and what she decides to do one can find out in the end.”
Per New York state legislation, there isn’t a statute of limitations for alleged victims to file a first-degree felony rape grievance.

In his response to TMZ, Buzbee took a shot at Jay, telling us, “I usually don’t take recommendation from an alleged perp whose protection consists fully of foolish private assaults.”
